East Chamber celebrate 40 graduates of the program (HR official training) to the labor market
Forty graduates have completed the requirements of the training program (training recruiting officer 1-2), which is implemented by the Chamber recently for the human resources development Fund (Hadaf). The east Chamber head Abdulrahman Abdullah al-wabil said that the program aims to train national professional cadres, scientific work in the human resources sector, through giving participants the skills and knowledge necessary for scientific and applied practice, in preparation for specialization in human resources as the cornerstone for any organization to achieve its goals.
The program came under the human resources development fund contracted with Chamber for a rehabilitation program aimed at filling the needs of the labor market from specialized national cadres, extending this program extend to two years, is the duration of the Convention, whereby the beneficiaries and rehabilitation training to reach the level of planning jobs in science, how to attract and train maintain training on the localization of the national project, the preparation of training programs for old and new staff, performance appraisal. Alwabil said at the end of the ceremony had honored participants and handed over certificates to skip the program successfully.
